JiangXi Sunflex light Retroreflective Material Co.,Ltd. is the largest manufacturing and exporting enterprise in China specialized in high refractive glass beads.
The first division of the company products high refractive glass beads. The products series are as follows:nD=1.9、nD=1.93、nD=2.2 and nD≧2.25 high refractive glass beads. The properly of these product has come up to advanced world standards of the same products. The product can be used as key eiement in manufacturing retroreflective films, retroreflective fabrics, and retroreflective coatings. Due to its striking feature, such products can be widely used as traffic signs board, vehicle license, advertiesment, airport runway, life saving devices on navigation, as well as clothes, hats and school begs.
The second division of the company manufactures low melting glass powder.The products are as follows: low melting solder glasses for colour TV tubes、low temprerature sealants for vacuum fluorescent display tubes (VFD) and plasma display pancls(PDP)、low melting solder glasses for video door bell tubes. The technique and main facilities for manufacturing low melting glass powder were introduced from Shanghai Institute of ceramics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The total area of the company is 12000 square meters, and the bulding area is 8000 square meters. A institule of new material has been set up in the company and more than 10 professors have been invited to engage in the research and development of new products.
